Public merch storefront update from C: As you may have seen on my store homepage or in Patreon chat, I’ve become aware that merch orders placed through my public storefront managed by Spring/Teespring (as opposed to the patron exclusive merch through Patreon) have not been made or delivered. I’m deeply disappointed in this turn of events, particularly as this is my second time attempting to use a third party provider and I brought merch back due to reader request. **If you have not received your order, I highly recommend you reach out to Spring customer service via their Support Portal or at fanhelp@spri.ng** To lend weight and urgency to your message, I suggest referencing their “10 business day fulfillment guarantee” when you reach out. You’ll also want to include your order tracking number, which can be found in the “Thanks for your order!” email you received from fannotification@spri.ng upon placement. I have removed the link from my shop but on the off chance you bookmarked it, please do not place any further orders with this company. This only applies to the public merch store announced earlier this year; all signed books and art listed on my shop are fulfilled by yours truly. Unfortunately, the Spring team has made it clear that there’s nothing I can do on your behalf. I have very limited information in my dashboard and can only see what has been ordered overall, not by whom or current status. Responses to my outreach have been vague and unhelpful at best. Rest assured that I will not continue to work with this company. My team and I are currently evaluating alternatives to offer the same merch products through a more reliable third party provider. In a small bright spot, the fulfillment for my patron-only store has been seamless, so I have hope that we’ll be able to find a suitable solution. In the meantime, please keep me posted on any developments at store@c-rochelle.com. If, by some miracle, you have received your order, I’d love to know that, as well.
